The Leadership Team

The leadership team is made up of seven people all with different skills and diiferent duties. Together we can cover the full array of Brownie activities with ease. As you can see we are wearing different uniforms. Brown Owl, Robin and Wren are qualified Guiders and have taken their promise as Guiders. Woodpecker is a Unit Helper her duties are to help the Guiders run activities. We then have 3 teenagers with us. Chaffinch is a Young Leader and is studying towards her Adult Guider's qualification. Goldcrest and Kestrel are Guides in Service, which means they are members of a Guide Unit and then they come to help us as well. All three have taken their Guiding promise in their our own section.
